Return & Exchange Policy – Anywear Store

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


🔁 Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unworn and unused

    • With original tags attached

    • In the original packaging

Items that appear worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.


🔄 Exchanges

  • We offer free size or color exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested item is not available, we’ll issue store credit or a refund (as per your preference).


Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Innerwear, swimwear, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)


💵 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get a confirmation email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


📦 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

    • You received a defective or wrong item.

  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos at [your support email].
